We understand many of you have questions about the benefits and rewards in your Advantage Club account now that Coushatta Casino Resort is open again.
We have compiled a list of your most frequently asked Advantage Club questions and hope that the list below covers your most pressing concerns.

WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY OFFERS THAT EXPIRED WHILE YOU WERE CLOSED?
Coushatta Casino Resort is committed to making sure that you will have similar, new offers now that we’re open. As before, these offers will automatically be loaded onto your account.
WHAT ABOUT MY POINTS? ARE THEY STILL THERE NOW THAT THE CASINO HAS REOPENED?
Yes, Coushatta has not purged any points that would have expired during the time that the casino was closed. The same applies to any earned comps that you may have accumulated.
I WAS ALMOST TO THE NEXT TIER, AND THEN THE CASINO CLOSED – WILL I HAVE A CHANCE TO REACH THE NEXT LEVEL?
We know how important reaching that next tier is. Because of this, we have extended the tier earning period to October 1, 2020.
WILL I RECEIVE MY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION FREE PLAY?
We are currently working on future plans for Birthday Celebrations and will update everyone when we find a resolution. If your birthday was missed due to the closure you will receive your Free Play when we find a resolution to celebrating. If your birthday is in an upcoming month you should still receive your birthday Free Play on your account.
WILL I BE ABLE TO PICK UP THE GIFTS THAT I MISSED DUE TO THE CLOSURE?
Yes, although not immediately. Since we work with vendors to get those gifts in stock, and some of those manufacturers also closed during the pandemic, we are currently not able to get those gifts on property. We are working with them, and as soon as we have a date, we will let all eligible Advantage members know the pick-up dates for those gifts, and any others that we will have throughout the year.
WILL I BE GUARANTEED TO GET ON THE FLOOR IF I DRIVE TO THE CASINO?
Coushatta Casino Resort has the largest gaming floor in the region, and therefore, we can allow more guests to game during any time period. Where other casinos have seen capacity issues, we have not, and do not expect to. Additionally, if you are a Gold or Black Card Advantage Club member, or a registered hotel guest, you will be granted priority access to the gaming floor.
CAN I GET A COMP HOTEL ROOM?
Complimentaries are determined by the play on your card. To determine if you qualify for a complimentary room, please contact our reservations staff or your casino host, and they will be able to help you.
WHEN WILL BINGO, POKER, DREAM POOL, RV Pool, Off-Track Betting AND OTHER AREAS OF THE CASINO OPEN?
Select gaming venues and amenities are open. We will open additional venues when it is deemed safe to do so. Check back for updated venue openings.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
Coushatta Casino Resort is open all day, every day, and are ready to provide the ultimate gaming experience for all of our guests.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?
Effective Monday, July 13 all guests are required to wear a mask or facial covering while visiting Coushatta Casino Resort. This is for the safety of all our guests, associates and their families. Please wear your mask or face covering when interacting with associates and other guests. Complimentary masks are available at the security stations. Our associates will all be in the appropriate PPE, including masks, to help make your visit as safe as possible.
