Coushatta Casino Resort Names Jonathan Brown as New Director of Food & Beverage

Kinder, LA—Coushatta Casino Resort has named Jonathan Brown as its new Director of Food & Beverage. He brings expertise of 12 years in a gaming resort environment, with 10 of those at Coushatta in the Food & Beverage department. He was recently awarded Leader of the Year casino-wide for the year of 2021.

Brown stated, “I have always strived to earn the respect of my Coushatta associates and be the best leader for my team. I make sure to keep my attitude upbeat and positive, helping make the entire work experience enjoyable. As Coushatta Casino’s Director of Food & Beverage, Brown will oversee all aspects of the resort’s seven restaurants, beverage, banquets, catering and retail operations, and will lead the casino’s culinary team to create and refine new menus and services.
