Kinder, LA—Coushatta Casino Resort, owned and operated by the Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana, will begin its 22nd anniversary celebrations at 10am Friday, January 13, 2017. Tribal Chairman Lovelin Poncho, members of the Tribal Council, casino management, and local dignitaries will mark the occasion with a cake-cutting ceremony and special performances by tribal dancers in Mikko Live, located inside the casino near The Grand Hotel.
Festivities will continue Friday night with multi-platinum recording artists ALABAMA performing in The Pavilion at 9pm. Concert tickets are available on Ticketmaster.com and at Coushatta Box Office. The 22nd Anniversary Cash & Car Giveaway will be held Saturday, January 14, with cash and prizes totaling over $96,000. During the giveaway on Saturday, hourly cash drawings will be held from 6pm until 9pm, and the two new car grand prizes will be awarded at 10pm and 11pm.
The casino also offers anniversary promotions during the month of January, including 2X points on slots every Monday, discounted room rates, and extra entertainment with bands playing in the casino’s nightclub, Mikko Live, Thursday through Sunday with no cover charge.
