Coushatta Associates Raise $1,195 in Pink Ribbon Fundraiser Benefiting Susan G. Komen Foundation

KINDER, LA––This October in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a group of Coushatta Casino Resort’s Slot Department associates organized a fundraiser and created designs from pink ribbons. These were offered to associates as badge pins for a $5 donation.

On November 20, Jacque Romero, General Manager, and Warren Davidson, Director of Slots, presented a check for $1,195 to Michelle Voss, Communications Director and Grants Administrator for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, serving Acadiana and Central Louisiana.

Romero stated, “I am very proud of our associates and their initiative and support for this project. This was a great fundraiser for a great cause.”
