Once you have established a PIN number in the new system you will be able to access your account on the new interactive full color displays on every Slot Machine.
CASH BACK
You will earn points every time you play one of Coushatta’s 2800+ Slots. For all slot denominations from 1c to 50c you will earn a point for every $2 in credits you play. For all slot denominations from $1 to $100 you will earn a point for every $3 in credits you play. For all Video Poker machines you will earn a point for every $4 in credits you play. You will earn one penny of cash back for every point you earn.
Minimum redemption is $5. Your points can be redeemed at any slot machine but any credits downloaded to a slot machine requires that those credits be played. To do this simply press the Advantage Cash button on the interactive display and enter your PIN number. You may check your balance at any time. Alternatively you can go to the club and receive a voucher which can be taken to the cashier.
COMP CASH
You will now be earning complimentary dollars every time you play any slot machine or at any Table Game. This money is yours to use as you please here at Coushatta Casino Resort! You can check your Comp Cash balance on any slot machine interactive color display or you can check your balance at any Advantage Club location.
How you can use your comp cash:
- Present your card and Photo ID at any restaurant to pay for your meal. If you do not have enough to cover your entire bill you can use your comp cash for partial payment. You do not need a printed comp slip; you can go directly to the restaurant. (Gratuity not included)
- Present your card & Photo ID for any purchase at the Gift Shop.
- Present your card & Photo ID for a purchase at any casino bar.
- Present your card & Photo ID for any purchase at the Koasati Pines Pro Shop and/or to pay for your round of golf!
- Present your card and Photo ID at the Box Office to purchase concert or show tickets.
- Redeem your comp cash for the purchase of Gas or any other item at the Feather Fuel Station & Convenience Store.
- Comp Cash will accumulate up to $1000. After reaching $1000 comp cash will no longer accumulate until you redeem a portion of your balance. If you reach the Select Card Level your Comp Cash will accumulate to $2000.
- For Table Players in addition to earning Comp Cash you are earning meal comp credit based on your time played and average wager. Please inquire with your floor person just as you always have. If you have enough Comp Cash you will be told you can go straight to the restaurant or you may receive a printed comp.
- For Poker Players you will receive a printed comp based on your time played just as you always have.
THE NEW SELECT CLUB
You can start earning points towards the new Select Club today! Earn 25,000 points in 6 months to qualify for the new Select Club. You can check to see how many points you have remaining to be earned on any of the slot machine interactive displays. Table Game players will also be earning points towards the Select Club level based on their time played and average wager. Remember, these points have no cash value and are only used to track your card level status. The new system rewards players for loyalty so that the more you visit, the more you play, the better chance you will have to earn your way into the new Select Club!
HOTEL ROOMS
Qualifying for complimentary hotel rooms is based on your average daily play which is computed by your time played and amount wagered. If you do not have enough play for a weekend hotel room you may have enough for a reduced rate or a free room on a different night. Please ask for all your options when you speak to our hotel reservation experts.
FREE PLAY OFFERS
Qualifying club members will receive a monthly offer in the mail for free Slot or Table play. Please make sure we have your correct mailing address. A valid address is required for the free play offers. Generally if you visit at least once a month and you earn a daily average of 250 points or higher on Slots you will receive a mail offer. This does vary depending on the monthly offers.
To redeem your Free Play simple press the Free Play button on the interactive display and enter your PIN number. If you redeem a portion of your free play, the remaining balance will be available the next time you press the Free Play button.
