Upgrades in membership occur automatically. The more you play, the better your chances to move up to Select membership status.

Welcome to the New Advantage Club!

We are excited to introduce the new Advantage Club! From September 22 through mid-tolate October, the casino will transition to the new system. Here is what you need to know:

You can continue to use your existing club card; however, we ask that you stop by Advantage Club at your convenience to obtain your Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the new club. Even if you already have a PIN number, you still need to validate it in the new system. We recommend using your same PIN number for the new club.

During the transition, you are earning points and comps on all 2800 slots and 70 table games. The new club functions are available on slots that have been transferred to the new club. You can tell by the display: machines with the new color display screens have been converted. Free Play: If you have any Free Play for the remainder of September, you must redeem this at a machine that HAS NOT been converted. Look for the small two-line green digital display. You will use your current PIN number.

If you have been receiving Free Play offers every month--we apologize but there will be no Free Play offers October 1-19. You may receive an offer for October 20-31. Our regular monthly Free Play offers will resume in November.

Cash Back: Your entire earned cash balance will be brought forward to the new club! You may redeem your Cash Back at Advantage Club or at any converted slot machine (with the new color display). There is an option on the display to redeem your Cash Back. Please note that credits redeemed at any slot machine must be played.We hope to offer redemption at kiosks again soon.

Comps: You will now be earning complimentary dollars (comp cash) every time you play any slot machine or at any table game. This money is yours to use as you please here at Coushatta Casino Resort! You can check your Comp Cash balance on any slot machine interactive color display, or you can check your balance at any Advantage Club location.

Select Cards: If you have a Select card, all benefits will be honored until December 31, 2009. Starting January 1, 2010, there will be a new Select card! You can start qualifying for the new Select Advantage Club today.

Points for Gas: You no longer have to use your points for gas. You will be able to use your comp dollars. See the new club information flyer.

Bungee Cords: If you currently have a bungee cord attached to your card, please stop by Advantage Club. You will need a new hole punched in the center of your card for it to fit in the machines with the new displays.
