Responsible for the slot drop pick-up, the weighing, wrapping, and transferring of the slot drop to coin vault.


Cook III

Status: Full Time | Department: Food & Beverage

Responsible for achieving all standards for multiple culinary workstation, ensuring the efficiency of the line and kitchen operation on a scheduled shift is completed in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resorts' specifications and standards. High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 to 2 years experience in a similar capacity position. Strong organizational skills required.


Kiosk Server

Status: Full Time | Department: Food & Beverage

Responsible for the all food production in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resorts standards. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.


Cashier

Status: Full Time | Department: Food & Beverage

Responsible for providing dining service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying a high standard of guest services. High School Diploma preferred. Previous cashier experience preferred. In house training will be provided.


Host/Hostess

Status: Full Time | Department: Food & Beverage

Responsible for providing the Guests with a delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resorts high standards of Guest Services. High School Diploma preferred. Previous Sales Consultant experience preferred. In house training will be provided.


Bartender

Responsible for the Beverage Service to Beverage/Food Servers in an assigned service station ensuring efficient and prompt service for restaurant guests.


Barback

Status: Full Time | Department: Food & Beverage

Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of beverage stations and equipment in accordance with Coushatta Casino standards.


Food Server

Responsible for providing dining service to all guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner, displaying a high standard of guest service.


Room Attendant

Status: Full Time | Department: General/Administrative

Responsible for achieving and maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the guest rooms of the Hotel. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.


Environmental Services

Status: Full Time | Department: General/Administrative

Full Time & Part Time Positions-Responsible for providing cleaning services in assigned Casino areas ensuring approved Coushatta Casino Resort policies, procedures and standards. High School diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); Three to six months housekeeping experience preferred.


Feather Fuel Clerk

Status: Full Time | Department: General/Administrative

Responsible for effectively serving fuel station guests, completing tasks as assigned by management, and ensuring that the standard for guest services is met in delighting casino guests. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.


HVAC Technician

Status: Full Time | Department: General/Administrative

Responsible for monitoring, servicing and repairing all refrigeration, heating and air conditioning equipment for property in accordance with Company standards.High School diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.), one year technical training, E.P.A. approved "Proper Refrigeration Practices" Type 2 Certification Card, minimum of three years HVAC repair experience.


Maintenance Engineer

Status: Full Time | Department: General/Administrative

Responsible for successfully maintaining, and repairing, all mechanical equipment. High School diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) required. Must have minimal knowledge of plumbing, electrical and air conditioning maintenance. Occupationally significant combination of vocational education, apprentice training, in-plant training and/or on-the-job training.


Cage Cashier

Status: Full Time | Department: General/Administrative

Responsible for balancing various bank drawers within the Cage/Credit Division of the Finance Department, maintaining accuracy throughout all phases of the balancing process. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Some college courses in Banking and Finance or related area preferred.
