The event features former UFC World Champion Ricco Rodriguez in a championship fight for the USA-MMA Heavyweight title, and a special guest appearance by former UFC and WWE World Champion Ken Shamrock. Ken Shamrock is a UFC Hall of Fame member and founder of the legendary MMA fighting camp, Lion’s Den. He is best known for his MMA career and his participation in the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Pancrase and Pride Fighting championships. Shamrock was also ranked by Inside MMA as one of the top 10 greatest mixed martial arts fighters of all time.

USA-MMA is a mixed martial arts (MMA) organization having both amateur and professional rankings and titles. It is the subject of an upcoming HBO documentary on USA-MMA’s struggles to bring quality MMA events to the masses.
