Coushatta Casino Resort Temporarily Closed As a Result of a Power Outage

Closed Temporarily Until Further Notice

Kinder, LA - Tuesday, September 2, 2008, Coushatta Casino Resort will remain temporarily closed due to a power outage as a result of Hurricane Gustav. All casino venues will be closed, including Koasati Pines at Coushatta, The Pavilion, Feather Fuel, and all on- and off-property hotels.

The casino and its venues will reopen after the power has been restored. Please check back for re-opening information.

The Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana considers the safety of its guests and Associates of utmost importance, and has ordered the closure as a safety precaution.
