KINDER, LA––Coushatta Casino Resort announces the date of Friday, February 23, 2018, as the grand opening of its newest dining venue, Jalapeño Rio, located in the lobby of Seven Clans Hotel in the former Bar 7/Studio 7 area.

Jalapeño Rio will be a Mexican-style tapas bar and full service restaurant that will feature authentic dishes with a focus on fresh ingredients. The menu will have an extensive variety of appetizers along with soup, salad, entrée and dessert choices. The cocktail bar will offer an impressive assortment of adult beverages including its signature top-shelf margaritas that will be made by hand, using freshly squeezed limes and small batch, handcrafted tequilas.

Jalapeño Rio will be open daily: Monday-Thursday 4pm-10pm, Friday-Saturday 11am-11pm, and Sunday 11am-10pm, with seating for 80 guests. The casual atmosphere and the friendly waitstaff and bartenders will create an enjoyable dining experience for all ages.
