Coushatta Casino Resort Promotes Lisa Buddenhagen to Director of Benefits & Compensation

Kinder, LA––Coushatta Casino Resort recently announced that Lisa Buddenhagen has been promoted to Director of Benefits & Compensation.

Buddenhagen joined the Coushatta team in July 2013 as Benefits Manager. Coushatta’s new Director of Benefits & Compensation oversees design, implementation, communication and administration of all benefits, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability, life insurance, 401(k) retirement, and leave administration, and develops strategic compensation plans for the resort. Buddenhagen also has oversight of the Coushatta Family Medical Center and its third party administrator. She has previously served as Benefits Manager for a national retail chain in Dallas, Texas, and in various levels in the insurance and energy industries for the past twenty years.

A native of DeRidder, Louisiana, Buddenhagen is delighted to return to this area after many years of working out of state. She stated, “I’m very excited to accept this new opportunity! I look forward to updating our systems to improve efficiency in our department and throughout the casino.”
